Free tai chi prime classes will be held every Monday and Thursday from 2:30 - 4:00 pm between May 4th and June 11th. Each class is 90 minutes long, and there will be a break during the class for tea and conversation.

Interested participants must plan to attend most or all of the classes.

Tai chi is a graceful, slow exercise that helps build balance and leg strength, along with mental focus. It is an excellent activity to help prevent falls, which can have long-term negative impacts, especially for adults 65 years and older.

These classes are organized by the Green Lake County Aging and Disability Resource Center.
