We are a drop-off location for the Markesan Historical Society’s “Design a Commemorative Coin” Contest! This is your chance to design a special coin celebrating America’s 250th anniversary in 2026, AND win a $50 cash prize!
-Please draw a black and white design for both sides of a coin
-Designs should pertain to Markesan and/or America’s 250th anniversary.
Turn in submissions at the library or by emailing our director at director@markesanlibrary.org. Deadline is November 30.
