The Green Lake County libraries are holding a photography contest! The winner will receive a $50 cash prize! This year’s theme is “Through the Library Lens”.
Entry deadline: Submit entries at any of the Green Lake County libraries by Tuesday, May 26th. Only 1 entry allowed per person. All ages can enter.
Rules:
- Photos must be taken within the building or grounds of a Green Lake County library (Berlin, Caestecker/Green Lake, Kingston/Mill Pond, Markesan, and Princeton).
- Follow the theme “Through the Library Lens” whatever that means to you
First round of voting: In June, the public will be able to vote for their favorite photos at each Green Lake County public library.
Second round of voting: The top 2 winners from each of the five libraries will move on to a county-wide contest, where voting will take place from Monday, July 6th to Saturday, July 25th for the final county-wide winner. The top 10 winners will also be shown at the Green Lake County Fair from August 6th – 9th.
