Lisa Zimmerman, Green Lake County Dementia Care Specialist, will be conducting a memory screening clinic on Thursday, November 14 from 10:30 am – 3:30 pm. These screenings are simple tools to evaluate memory and other thinking skills. They will be conducted privately, and the results are confidential.
